Introduction to Business Communications

Students in this course develop an understanding of the communication process and its application in business. Basic writing skills are reviewed and applied to a number of fundamental business writing situations. Common intercultural communication issues are also examined. Students in this course will develop research skills and apply them in the context
of report writing.
