MCC Microlearning Series - Improve Your Listening Skills

Improve Your Listening Skills

“Seek first to understand.” Steven Covy, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Basic listening skills only require commitment, care, and a wee bit of practice. Regardless of how easy they are, they are powerful in helping others feel heard, cared about, and sometimes healed.

Join us to discover:

•       How well you already listen. You will anonymously take a listening quiz.

•       The foundations of listening support.

•       Skills to enhance your capacity and ability to provide quality listening.
