Journaling: Why and How to Do It
Journaling, they say, is good for the heart and soul. I have written in a journal for years. The prolific writer and author of Writing Down the Bones: Freeing the Writer Within, Natalie Goldberg, wrote,
“Whether you’re keeping a journal or writing as a meditation, it’s the same thing. What’s important is you’re having a relationship with your mind.”
You will:
⦁ Hear the many benefits of journaling.
⦁ Be given ideas of the many ways you can journal.
⦁ Be encouraged and discover how to journal your way.
